You will be playing a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals and hospitals by ensuring essential medical devices are transported safely, securely and on time.
Working between a decontamination facility and hospital sites, you'll help keep vital healthcare services running smoothly.
This is a scheduled delivery and collection role, not a multi-drop position , involving the movement of transport trolleys and containers.
What We Offer: Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Full-time, permanent Shifts: Rotating 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00) Weekend working: One weekend in four (Saturday and Sunday, 10:00-18:00) Your Responsibilities: Safely deliver and collect medical devices according to scheduled routes and times.
Provide professional, friendly customer service at hospital sites.
Complete vehicle safety checks and report maintenance issues.
Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation.
Follow health and safety procedures, including confidentiality requirements.
Report incidents promptly and contribute to a safe working environment.
What We're Looking For: A valid 7.5T driving licence.
A Valid CPC and tachograph card.
Good communication, customer service and organisational skills.
Excellent timekeeping and a responsible approach to road safety.
Knowledge of local roads is an advantage.
Previous driving or delivery experience is desirable.
