This role is 100% based at our new HQ in Aylesford, Kent.

This Role: This is an excellent opportunity to join us on our fast-growth journey! We’re looking for a proactive, energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of recruitment across Must Have Ideas. This is a newly created role to support the ongoing fast growth of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end recruitment across multiple departments
  • Creating job adverts aligned to our communication style
  • Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
  • Partnering with hiring managers on role scoping and decision-making
  • Proactively sourcing candidates and building pipelines
  • Delivering an excellent candidate experience
  • Supporting employer brand initiatives
  • Maintaining recruitment metrics

You’ll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:

  • Experience in in-house or agency recruitment
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Organised and proactive
