We’re looking for a proactive, energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of recruitment across Must Have Ideas.

  • End-to-end recruitment across multiple departments
  • Proactively sourcing candidates and building pipelines
  • Supporting employer brand initiatives
  • Maintaining recruitment metrics

You’ll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:

  • Experience in in-house or agency recruitment
