Responsibilities: As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the creation and delivery of a strategy to grow specific key game metrics, working with the Product Director and wider team to define and drive the game’s business strategy. Work as part of the game team to design, scope and implement features, improvements and events that result in an outstanding gameplay experience for our players and positively inflect metrics. Be entrepreneurial, getting hands on to test out new ideas, setting up experiments, events, offers, bundles and live operations to maximise the game’s performance. Drive user and competitive research, driving the usage of core innovative game technology, and ensure that your decisions are based on in-depth data analysis and an understanding of the market. Partner with other parts of the organisation including Consumer Insights and Product Marketing to maximise the impact of your features and events. Understand and forecast the performance of the game, live ops, and your features using dashboards and in depth analysis, communicating this with the wider team. Be a player champion, paying close attention to the player experience.
Requirements: A track record of Product Management working on free to play game(s). Experience setting and delivering strategies to deliver KPI improvements. Hands on experience designing, building and maintaining features and events in games. Deep knowledge of the free to play games market and best practices from top performing games with strong understanding of why they are succeeding. Good written and verbal communication skills. Drive - Strong drive to succeed and “get it done” attitude. Scientific approach - using logical data-led hypothesis approach, with well structured thinking built on a deep understanding of the connection between a KPI and the changes needed to improve it. Analytical ability, with experience running and reading out on experiments, feature or live ops launches and resolving game performance issues.
Bonus Points: Experience working with gacha-led and/or midcore games. Experience with dashboardings such as Amplitude or Tableau. Experience with CRM tools like Braze, Leanplum etc. Passion for Cars or Motorsports. Experience with Racing Games.
