The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create engaging and impactful marketing creatives (video and static) for social media/UA purposes.
  2. Transfer key marketing initiatives into high quality consumer-facing visuals.
  3. Keep abreast of emerging creative trends across digital platforms.
  4. Work as part of an embedded team of 2-3 to come up with creative marketing ideas.
  5. Iterate on new and previous ads to create eye-catching content to optimize performance.
  6. Independently research and innovate on new ideas for creatives.

Requirements:

  1. Open and creative.
  2. Able to communicate complex ideas & visual hierarchy in simple, visually appealing ways.
  3. Ability to create visually appealing creatives based on marketing pillars and strategy.
  4. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop & Illustrator.
  5. Experience & passion for creating both motion graphics & video content.
  6. Good communication skills and a teamwork-oriented attitude.
  7. Exceptional eye for composition, colour & graphic design skills.
  8. Understanding of social media, marketing and emerging trends, working and designing to platform technical specifications.
  9. Confident and happy to work across multiple projects if & when required.
  10. Able to work autonomously when required.

Bonus Points:

  1. Experience capturing gameplay in Unity Engine.
  2. Knowledge of 3D software such as Maya & Blender.
  3. Experience of working with outsourcing teams.
  4. Experience with animation 2D, 3D.
  5. Ability to render high quality static sizzle images.
  6. Prior experience within the game industry or in a video game studio.
  7. An understanding/awareness of user acquisition and app store optimization in the mobile games space.
  8. Knowledge in basic sound design/editing.
  9. A passion for video games.
  10. We make games with cars in. If you love cars that’s a bonus (but not a requirement!)
