Retail Sales Advisor

A fast-growing music retail company based in Sheffield seeks a Retail Sales Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing business which specialises in guitars, amplification, drums and keyboards as a Retail Sales Advisor.

The sales team has grown over the last few years and now seeks an individual to join us at Rich Tone Music along with experience of retail customer service and a good knowledge of the musical equipment industry.

Your primary role will be to serve customers in our Sheffield store and assist them with completing purchases. You would identify the needs of customers and make suitable recommendations, increasing sales in the store. The role would also include aiding and resolving customer issues for in-store sales, keeping the stock fresh and tidy, arranging in store displays and making sure the shop looks at its best at all times and offer support sales for online sales enquires including phone contact.

You should have reliability and excellent communication and organisational skills along with good computer skills.
