Opera North is currently looking for a highly organised and proactive Technical Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Deputy General Director. This is a unique, hybrid role that sits at the heart of our operations, acting as a key link between senior leadership and our Technical, Facilities, IT, and Health & Safety departments.
The successful candidate will balance executive-level support, including international travel coordination and diary management, with essential operational tasks such as data analysis, project scheduling, and document control. You will have a sharp eye for detail, the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams.
This role works closely with the Deputy General Director and their Managers on a routine and strategic level, supporting departments such as Technical, Facilities, Health & Safety, and IT with planning, reviewing, and analysing both data and operational tasks.
