Overview

This role is remote and can be executed globally. However, to facilitate working with the Creator Team, we prefer candidates based in timezones GMT-7 to GMT+3 to overlap with our Europe-based team.

About the role

In this role, you will lead our creator community-building, and help accelerate our growth through UGC social video. Leading community: you will lead on community management for Discord (60k) & Reddit (16k), and will keep Creators in the loop through helpful livestreams & newsletters. Social Video: you’ll coordinate posts across community-focused social accounts, respond to our community’s questions in X, YouTube, & Instagram comments, and support the growth of our main IG, TT and YT channels.

This role sits within our Creator Growth team and is responsible for turning our user base into an engine for distribution. You’ll build active, self-sustaining communities that drive awareness, retention, and word-of-mouth growth.

• Build and scale engaged communities that grow organically through conversation & UGC
• Show up as a poweruser & trusted community voice: answering questions, giving feedback, and highlighting standout work
• Run experiments to drive user acquisition from Reddit, Discord, and social comment sections
• Identify and activate high-leverage users – creators, tinkerers, and early adopters – and turn them into advocates
• Grow these communities independently, working alongside Creator teammates in Partnerships, Influencers, Affiliates & Video Content
• Ideal for someone who loves getting deep in the product, has instincts for where internet culture is going (you would self-identify as “very online”), and wants to build distribution from the ground up.

Requirements

What you’ll need

• Familiarity with ElevenLabs products, AI voice tools & AI Video generation products
• 2-3 years experience improving engagement & growing online communities of 5k+ members
• Empathy/ability to provide great customer service and clear communication when dealing with questions and concerns from the community
• Deep familiarity with Reddit and Discord: how communities grow, how moderation works, and how content moves
• Strong instincts for internet culture & creative AI trends, with the ability to create native content (video demos, livestreams, screenshots, memes,) across all platforms
• Comfort using data to identify what’s working, and building simple automations to scale what isn’t manual
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across Creator Growth team (Partnerships, Affiliates, Influencers, Video Content)

Bonus

• Experience building or scaling technical communities (e.g. around AI, devtools, or open source).
• Experience hosting creator competitions or online/off-line community-focused activations
