Reporting to: Head of Product
Sentric Music Publishing are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team to help us ensure we’re creating products that people love to use. The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for the end-to-end UI/UX design system in support of Sentric’s mission to deliver publishing tools that simplify the publishing process for creators, artists, and administrators.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work in collaboration with our team of Product Managers, Engineers, and Insights Analysts to develop tools and products that support a broad range of services including client onboarding, work registrations, royalties and accounting, sync, and more. You will also partner closely with internal operational stakeholders and external client stakeholders to ensure product solutions meet the needs of both our clients and the business.

Responsibilities:- End-to-End Product Design: Lead the design process for our complex data management products, from ideation to implementation.
- Design System Strategy: Establish, define, and be accountable for an overall design system and design strategy for our products.
- User Research: Support the Product team in Discovery and conduct client interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Information Architecture: Own the UX and UI design structure of our products, including site maps and user flows, to ensure user-friendly navigation.
- Usability Testing: Evaluate and identify usability issues, gather client and stakeholder feedback, and iterate on feature sets.
- Client Journey Mapping: Work closely with our Client Operations team to create and maintain detailed user personas that represent the broad range of clients we work with and user journey maps that outline their experiences and pain points.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Use modern tools (Figma, Vercel) to create functional prototypes for stakeholders and clients to assess in support of product discovery.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, provide mentorship, and support education of design and user-oriented development across Product, Engineering and the wider business.
- Proactive Problem-solving: Proactively work to help Product teams achieve strategic objectives, using a logical and creative approach to address user pain points and business goals.
- Visual design: Understanding typography, colour theory, and layout to create visually appealing interfaces.
- Flexibility and adaptability: Being open to change and new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI is a plus.
- Music industry experience is a plus.
