Office correspondence to include cover letters, use of Docusign.
Scanning/filing of correspondence.
Responsibility for items received, ie HMRC certificates, LOA’s.
Log receipt and distribution of bank cards.
Preparation of documents for signature, ie Director level.
Franking and mailing of post.
Scan/sort confidential notes/review documents.
Archive of files and arrange collection/delivery as required.
Ad hoc duties where required.
Team cover as/when required including reception cover.
Meet and greet guests/couriers professionally.
Occasional out of hours support.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Strong Organisational Skills
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a primary focus on Word and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task
- Organised
- Good use of time management
- Friendly, helpful attitude
- “Go – with – the – flow” attitude; i.e. ability to be able to change plans to accommodate urgent matters which may occur during the day
