Music Minds Matter has developed an ambitious new impact model which aims to transform mental wellbeing amongst people working in music, and this role will manage the development and delivery of support within this model and play a truly impactful role across music.

Day to day the role will deliver a blend of:

  • New support development – from training and groups to online digital content, ensuring all support is developed in line with our Clinical and Quality Governance protocols
  • Planning and coordinating support for teams and sites across music
  • Direct delivery of some support online and in person
  • Relationship management of our network of Allies and delivery partners

About you:

  • Lived experience of the music industry
  • Strong programme management skills
  • Mental health service expertise
  • Ability to build meaningful stakeholder connections across music
  • Self‑management of a diverse portfolio of opportunities, mixing programme management with industry events and meetings to foster partnership
  • In‑depth understanding of safe and high‑quality mental health support with a genuine understanding of the music industry
  • Compelling and confident communicator able to convey both expertise and empathy
