The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.

Beggars are recruiting an experienced E-Commerce Manager for our London office. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will continue to build on the success of our E-Commerce / D2C operations, working closely with our labels, sales, marketing, operations and finance departments to develop and manage our label stores and work closely with our artists and managers in this space, and with their US counterparts, to deliver a framework that best suits our global campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Continue to build on Beggars strong D2C strategy and business plan for all labels in the Group.
  • Co-ordinate creative E-Commerce campaigns with key stakeholders, including labels, artists, managers, operations, overseeing new product launches (both new releases and catalogue), including oversight/regulation of D2C-exclusive products.
  • Work with managers on developing solutions for artist webstores using the Ochre platform.
  • Grow and manage UK E-Commerce resources and relationships with partners and key third parties.
  • Anticipate stock requirements and work with inventory/warehouse teams to manage.
  • In conjunction with the labels and marketing teams, promote E-Commerce offerings/outlets, e.g. newsletters and stores social strategy.
  • Generate sales reports and analysis by campaign, label, etc and utilise these to identify and develop high growth potential areas.
  • Work in partnership with US Director, E-Commerce on ad hoc projects, and with the UK & US Bandcamp Co-ordinators, and develop a strong working relationship with the Financial Director, the IT Operations team, and Operations Director in the UK.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years experience of E-Commerce / D2C marketing within the music industry.
  • Great communications skills, balancing the needs of the involved parties (label, artist, operations etc) to ensure D2C offerings are creative and effective.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, relishing the opportunity to own and grow a dynamic part of our business.
  • 2-3 years’ experience with common eCommerce and ERP products - Shopify and NetSuite are a plus.
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for our catalogues.

This is a full time role, based 4 days per week in the office, with the option to work from home on a Friday.
