Role Description
We're looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Support & Sales Advisor to help us manage day-to-day customer conversations across our music video marketplace. This is a hands-on, people-facing role. You'll be chatting to customers online, answering emails and phone calls, helping people understand how the platform works, and encouraging interested users to take the next step and buy.
