Peripatetic music teachers to teach individual piano lessons (or other instruments) to our pupils age 4-11 in our Pre Prep and Prep Schools based in Hampton and Hampton Hill (Richmond Upon Thames Borough).
The lessons are 20 or 30 minutes long depending on the age of the pupil and take place after the school day.
Successful candidates will model best practice and provide effective high-quality learning and teaching in piano (or another instrument) which enables all pupils to achieve their maximum potential. Candidates should be:
– willing and able to develop musicianship hand and hand with instrument technique
– enthusiastic for music and their instrument, and able to convey this to the pupils
– studied music to degree or diploma standard
– experience of teaching music to children.
