The National Youth Orchestra is seeking a Youth Support Co-ordinator to deliver pastoral care and safeguarding across NYO’s national programme. This role blends practical organisation, careful administration and a young person-centred approach to embed NYO’s ethos into every aspect of delivery.
You will recruit, induct and deploy our freelance Support Team, handle discussions with teenagers and parents, manage sensitive information in Salesforce, and support travel, accommodation and project.
