RNCM Young Artists is a comprehensive programme of study designed for young pop musicians aged 11-18. Launched in 2022, this initiative aims to provide opportunities for young people to access high-quality music education and explore pathways into further study and the music industry.

The guitar tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality individual, small group, and band tuition with a skill-based approach. They will develop students\’ technical and theoretical knowledge, encourage independent learning, and use industry experience to foster musical ideas and artistic growth. The post-holder will act as a role model and oversee student development, collaborating with the Head of Young Artists to deploy student mentors, uphold the code of conduct, and ensure safeguarding policies are followed.
