The Strategic Music Manager contributes to the leadership, management and strategic development of Severn Arts' music offer ensuring high-quality music education provision in Worcestershire. The aim is to strengthen relationships with teachers, schools, parents/carers and identify new customers.

Strategic Development:

  • Manage the planning and delivery of Severn Arts Music Education offer: Music Centres, Orchestras and Bands, Individual and Small Group Tuition, Continued Professional Development (CPD) including School Support, and First Access Music Education (FAME).
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of music education in schools to set targets for school engagement and progression.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Music Hub annual data return, supporting the Director of Music Education.
