You will:
- Inspire and support both students and school music leaders
- Deliver high-quality curriculum music lessons across a range of styles and abilities
- Lead and develop singing/instrumental provision (subject to specialism) within schools and BYMT ensembles
- Coach and direct ensembles, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Contribute to curriculum development and support music education delivery, providing CPD and guidance to both teachers and school leaders
- Play a key role in shaping and maintaining high standards across our curriculum work in both Primary and Secondary settings
