We are looking for Associate Teachers to take on a range of teaching from September 2026, including small group/individual tuition and Wider Opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Violin – Schools & Sat Centre
- Woodwind (Flute/Clar/Sax)
- Recorder – Schools
- Music Makers – Schools
Teachers should preferably have taught, and be happy to teach, group and individual lessons to pupils from across the age range (ie academic years 2-13, Y1 for Music Makers) and whose abilities range from beginner to grade 8. Experience of group teaching (max four per group) in a school environment and teaching on Wider Opportunities programmes is beneficial. Teachers must be able to commit to working for 30 weeks per year (10 weeks per academic term).
Rates
- £29.90 per hour for standard small group instrumental tuition (September 2026 increase to be confirmed)
- £33.88 per hour for large group / whole class sessions (September 2026 increase to be confirmed)
Benefits
Teachers are paid via PAYE and are eligible to join a Pension Scheme.
