Are you a highly organised individual looking to build a career in arts/charity administration? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration & Data Co‐ordinator to join our team and support the operations of a leading national youth arts organisation.
The National Youth Orchestra is the UK's leading organisation championing orchestral music as a powerful agent for teenage development. We activate teenagers' confidence, optimism and skills to play their part in the world today, through performing and sharing extraordinary music.
Key responsibilities
Support office management, IT and telecoms administration, CRM and data processes, finance, HR and general organisational administration.
Handle donations received by post and manage related administrative tasks.
Attend and provide support at NYO projects across the UK, including those that take place during school holidays or weekends.
Maintain smooth operation of NYO's business processes and assist colleagues in meeting their work objectives.

Working pattern
The role requires the employee to be in the office a minimum of 3-4 days a week. It also includes some weekend and statutory holiday working, as most NYO projects take place during school holidays or on weekends, for which a TOIL policy is in place.

Our offices near Holborn in central London are a lively base for collaboration and creativity.
