Hounslow is looking for experienced whole class instrumental teachers who are confident delivering both group and individual lessons, working with pupils from Year 2 through to Year 13, and teaching from beginners to advanced.

Location: Hounslow, London

Contract Type: Part-Time Fixed-Term

Start Date: September 2026

Closing Date: 17th May 2026 at 17:00

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver both group and individual instrumental lessons to pupils from Year 2 through Year 13, including beginners to advanced levels.
  • Work with pupils in and out of schools, and participate in Saturday morning teaching sessions.
  • Contribute to a range of teaching activities as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications:

  • A passionate, skilled musician with a love for teaching.
  • Organised, reliable, and flexible.
  • A strong communicator with both children and adults.
  • Comfortable working across Primary and Secondary age ranges.
  • Experience or expertise in at least one of the following disciplines: woodwind (especially clarinet), percussion (all types), bowed strings (especially violin).
