We require a Music Centre manager for 15 hours per week, including Saturday mornings to manage our thriving music centre in Harrogate.

We require a dynamic and inspirational manager to run our Harrogate Music Centre. The post will commence on 22nd April 2025. It is initially fixed term with the expectation it will continue once funding for the National Plan for Music is confirmed.
The music centre meets for 30 Saturday mornings across the year and provides ensemble opportunities for a range of groups including Early Years up to Adults. It is a thriving centre and performs regularly in the local area and wider.
The role is for 15 hours per week, split between one full office day and work at the centre on a Saturday. It is a Term Time Only contract over 39 weeks. The manager will also be expected to take an active role in the County Youth Ensembles and other music service events.
We are looking for a candidate with both teaching/management experience as well as being an excellent musician.
We provide instrumental and vocal tuition to pupils across North Yorkshire through our county music service.
