We invite applications for a position to join our vibrant department at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, located in King Charles Court at the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich.

Founded in 1906 as the first Junior Department of a UK Conservatoire open to school children on Saturdays, we have since offered opportunities for young people to engage with music through various ensembles and educational programs, nurturing a lifelong passion for the arts.

Job Details

We are seeking candidates to teach individual students and coach ensembles for Junior Trinity performances and external projects at venues such as The Queen Elizabeth Hall, LSO St Luke’s, and Blackheath Halls.

The role involves a minimum of 3 hours of teaching per week on Saturdays for 30 weeks per year, with some positions requiring up to 8 hours per week depending on student numbers and scheduling for the academic year 2025/26.

*All hourly rates are inclusive of holiday pay and based on role evaluation. Hours depend on the Conservatoire’s needs and student enrollment.

These positions involve working with children and young people; therefore, an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check is required.
