Southend-on-Sea City Council's Music on Sea programme is seeking a Community Music Support Assistant (CMSA). You will welcome families, manage attendance, sign-in procedures, maintain safeguarding records, and support tutors to run sessions safely and smoothly.

You will help create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for young musicians, liaising with families and staff, and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed across community venues.
