Bury Music Service is looking for a dedicated and passionate piano tutor to join our experienced and welcoming team. Your role would be to take on existing piano pupils for two evenings per week (Wednesday and Friday), approximately 4‑7 pm, developing their piano skills and musicianship whilst liaising with Bury Music staff. There is also the possibility of day‑time tuition in schools.
Qualifications:
- Ability to show high levels of musicianship and knowledge of their instrument.
- Ability to enthuse and motivate young people of all musical abilities and backgrounds.
- Ability to deliver high quality and engaging instrumental lessons for all age groups.
- Dedication to the musical development of our students.
Other Key Requirements:
- It is not essential for the applicant to hold a valid UK driving licence or have use of a car.
- An enhanced DBS check is required.
