About the role
Are you a highly organised individual looking to build a career in arts/charity administration? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration & Data Co‑ordinator to join our team and support the operations of a leading national youth arts organisation. The National Youth Orchestra is the UK's leading organisation championing orchestral music as a powerful agent for teenage development. We activate teenagers' confidence, optimism and skills to play their part in the world today, through performing and sharing extraordinary music.
Key responsibilities
- Support office management, IT and telecoms administration, CRM and data processes, finance, HR and general organisational administration.
- Handle donations received by post and manage related administrative tasks.
- Attend and provide support at NYO projects across the UK, including those that take place during school holidays or weekends.
- Maintain smooth operation of NYO’s business processes and assist colleagues in meeting their work objectives.

Working pattern
The role requires the employee to be in the office a minimum of 3-4 days a week. It also includes some weekend and statutory holiday working, as most NYO projects take place during school holidays or on weekends, for which a TOIL policy is in place.
