This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior role with scope to shape the future of music education across the region. You will be part of a supportive leadership team in a dynamic music education charity, working to ensure all children and young people across Kent and Medway have access to high-quality, inclusive musical experiences – in and beyond the classroom.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Senior Leader, Music Hub, you will lead the development and delivery of core programmes, including school support, whole-class instrumental tuition (MusicPlus), singing strategy, CPD, and live performance opportunities for schools.
You’ll collaborate closely with schools, senior leaders, and education providers to design impactful training, consultancy, and performance opportunities. You will oversee data collection and evaluation, contribute to Arts Council England reporting, and support a dedicated team to ensure our offer remains inclusive, responsive, and high-quality.
You will facilitate collaboration through the Lead Schools Advisory Group and develop a county-wide Singing Strategy aligned with local needs and national priorities. This hands-on role combines strategic influence with practical impact, ideal for someone eager to make a lasting difference in music education in Kent and Medway.
