Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Board member and as part of the specialised Inclusion sub-committee, contributing to the Hub’s governance and strategic direction.
  • Attend Inclusion sub-committee meetings (three times a year, on Tuesday evenings, ~1.5 hours each) in addition to Board meetings.
  • Help advance diversity, equality, and anti-discrimination objectives within the Hub and its programs.
  • Apply specialist skills and / or relevant lived experience to support inclusive decision-making and musical access for all participants.

Qualifications and Qualities

  • Background and/or strong interest in inclusion, or relevant lived experience, or experience overcoming barriers to musical inclusion.
  • Open to applicants who meet the criteria and can commit to contributing positively to the Hub’s Board and Inclusion sub-committee and the Hub’s collective purpose.
  • Active in promoting diversity and representation; encouraged to apply if you have protected characteristics or come from global majority backgrounds.
