Reporting to: Head of Marketing / Group Account Director
Salary range: £27k – £31k, based on experience
Location & travel: Office in Hertford 1 day per week. London 1 day per week. London or home working for the rest of the week. Would suit someone based in London or surrounding counties.

Music Concierge – Specialising in using sound to create unique atmospheres and distinct brand identities, for clients all over the world. A creative team crafts signature sounds for a host of iconic brands, setting them apart from the competition, reinforcing their distinct brand identities and bringing their concepts to life. The agency operates predominantly in the luxury hospitality and retail sectors, and clients include worldwide hotel groups such as One&Only, Hyatt, COMO Hotels and Resorts, plus luxury retailers such as Mulberry and Dunhill.
Kaleidovision – Uses music, digital video and interactive screens to capture customer engagement in retail and leisure spaces. Clients include high street retailers, bars and, leisure brands including Hollywood Bowl, TGI Fridays, Dirty Martini, Paul Patisserie, Pitcher & Piano and YHA
FitboxVirtual – provides the technology that health and fitness operators require to offer virtual group exercise classes in their clubs.Current sales focus and customer sites are in the UK, Europe, Australia, throughout SE Asia and in China.
One common technology platform underpins each agency’s operation, comprising music and media players at customer locations, connected by a large-scale media distribution network.
The Role
This is a hybrid role ideal for a bright, well-organised and proactive individual with a flair for marketing, account management and content creation. You’ll split your time between supporting and driving forward our B2B marketing strategies and delivering first-class service to our portfolio of high street brands and luxury clients.
You will work closely with Account Managers, Head of Marketing and Creative Director to deliver a variety of music, creative, marketing and technical projects for our agency and clients.
This role with liaise with a number of different departments internally, and clients and suppliers externally. A true team player and problem solver you will be able to think on your feet and use your initiative to help keep your projects on track.
Your Experience
- 2–3+ years of experience in a similar marketing and/or account executive role in a creative or B2B agency environment
- Client facing experience and relationship management
- Proven experience in content creation, campaign coordination and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong copywriting skills and confident client communication
- Knowledge of digital content, social media platforms and basic marketing reporting
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline
- Creative sensibility and a genuine interest in music, luxury hospitality and lifestyle brands
- Organised – able to juggle tasks and track project timelines without missing a beat
- Creative – have an eye for aesthetics and messaging; able to contribute ideas for visual and written content
- Communicative – strong verbal and written skills, professional and personable with clients and internal teams
- Digitally Confident – skilled with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and social media tools
- Agile – adaptable in a fast-paced environment with a calm, positive attitude under pressure
- Collaborative – work comfortably across departments and geographies to get things done
- Tech literate – you aren’t necessarily a techie at heart, but you are comfortable with computer based technology and are eager to learn more so you can speak in a knowledgeable way to clients and colleagues
- Problem solving – you will be naturally inquisitive with a logical approach to problem-solving and focused on continual improvement
Your Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Manage and support client accounts, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Attend client meetings (in-person and remote), take briefs and assist with proposals, presentations and documentation
- Work with creative teams to deliver brand-aligned assets (e.g. playlists, animations, digital signage)
- Set-up, manage, train and support content management platform for client music and video content
- Coordinate internal departments for technical installs, creative deliverables, and system updates
- Support with CRM and billing processes, maintaining accurate records
- Monitor project timelines and proactively flag potential issues
- Prepare client facing documentation including quotes, proposals, presentations, contracts, reports, user guides and content schedules
- Prepare internal reports or KPI information
Marketing & Content
- Assist with the planning and implementation of B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, social and web
- Create and edit marketing copy for sales collateral, newsletters, social media, case studies and brochures
- Manage our social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging brand presence
- Coordinate lead generation activity with the Head of Marketing, including outreach campaigns and reporting
- Collate and share industry trends and competitor analysis for the marketing team
- Maintain CRM data integrity and campaign tracking tools
- Support with creation of internal and external marketing documentation and templates
- Report monthly on campaign performance and KPIs
