Job Description: Senior Marketing & Account Executive
Salary: Up to Β£30,000 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid β 1 day per week in Hertford office; remainder remote or London/client site based
Reporting to: Dual reporting line to Group Account Director / Head of Marketing

The Role
This is a hybrid role ideal for a bright, well-organised and proactive individual with a flair for marketing, content creation and account management. Youβll split your time between supporting and driving forward our B2B marketing strategies and delivering first-class service to our portfolio of creative and luxury brand clients.
You will work across the marketing and account management teams, liaising closely with the Head of Marketing, Creative Director, Account Managers and Clients to implement campaigns, manage projects and maintain excellent relationships.
Your Experience
- 2β3+ years of experience in a similar marketing and/or account executive role in a creative or B2B agency environment
- Proven experience in content creation, campaign coordination and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong copywriting skills and confident client communication
- Knowledge of digital content, social media platforms and basic marketing reporting
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline
- Creative sensibility and a genuine interest in music, luxury hospitality and lifestyle brands

Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Manage and support client accounts, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Attend client meetings (in-person and remote), take briefs and assist with proposals, presentations and documentation
- Work with creative teams to deliver brand-aligned assets (e.g. playlists, animations, digital signage)
- Coordinate internal departments for technical installs, creative deliverables, and system updates
- Support with CRM and billing processes, maintaining accurate records
- Monitor project timelines and proactively flag potential issues
- Prepare reports, user guides and content schedules as needed for clients
Marketing & Content
- Assist with the planning and implementation of B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, social and web
- Create and edit marketing copy for sales collateral, newsletters, social media, case studies and brochures
- Manage our social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging brand presence
- Coordinate lead generation activity with the Head of Marketing, including outreach campaigns and reporting
- Collate and share industry trends and competitor analysis for the marketing team
- Maintain CRM data integrity and campaign tracking tools
- Support with creation of internal and external marketing documentation and templates
- Report monthly on campaign performance and KPIs
