Join Round's Influencer Marketing team in London to lead creator campaigns for major music and entertainment clients. You'll manage client relationships, develop campaign strategies, and stay ahead of trends across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Ideal for someone with 0-2 years' experience in creator marketing who's genuinely plugged into online culture.

The Role

We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our Influencer Marketing team in London. You’ll independently lead influencer campaign strategies, manage client relationships, and contribute to both commercial growth and internal process improvements. You should have hands-on knowledge of influencer marketing in the music and entertainment space, a proven track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and be genuinely tapped into online communities and short-form platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Must Haves

  • Passionate about music and online culture – a deep understanding of cultural trends and how these shift and spread online
  • Experience working in the creator marketing space
  • Experience working with clients in the music industry
  • Hands-on experience of UGC and fandom platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Discord, Reddit, Twitch etc

Key Responsibilities

  • You will help ideate and execute music-led creator campaigns across short-form platforms
  • Contribute significantly to campaigns, supporting the lead account directors on high-priority projects.
  • Independently manage and lead relationships with key Label clients in order to grow and develop accounts.
  • Stay updated on latest trends and influencers to enhance campaign offerings.
  • Create and present decks to clients, showcasing insights, strategy, and results.
