Responsibilities

  • Help clients build audiences and drive business metrics such as ticket sales, music consumption, merchandise sales, growing mailing lists and charting.
  • Schedule, monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns using Meta Business Manager, Google Ads products and TikTok Business Manager.
  • Strategically optimize marketing plans to hit key digital targets and campaign goals.
  • Build audits and reports delivered to clients to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop creative direction, copywriting, targeting and budget allocation across ad campaigns.
  • Leverage data to evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies and digital ads, continuously testing and iterating.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to determine KPIs, develop creative and marry messaging with the most relevant audiences.
  • Create and review direct-to-fan campaigns with CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years paid media experience in the music industry.
  • Advanced proficiency with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager and Google Ads products.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, schedule, monitor and optimize digital ad campaigns.
  • Clear grasp of ad targeting, defining and implementing campaign goals and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience building digital advertising audiences to sell tickets, merchandise, grow mailing lists and drive music consumption.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategy and current digital trends.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
  • Strong understanding of all current social platforms.
  • Proactive and stays up-to-date with shifts in digital, social and pop culture.
  • Track record of managing multiple client accounts.
  • Creative problem solving, calm under pressure, great communication, proactive positive professional attitude.
