Mushiny Europe is seeking an energetic and driven Sales Development Manager (SDM) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our revenue growth efforts — identifying new opportunities, reaching out to potential customers, and helping to build strong relationships within our partner ecosystem. This is an exciting entry point into sales, with clear opportunities to grow into more senior sales roles. This role can be based in England.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers and partners within target markets.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and demos for senior sales team members.
  • Work closely with Sales Director to hand off qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Assist with preparing presentations, and supporting materials.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads.

Key Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (entry-level experience welcome).
  • Strong communication skills — both verbal and written — with confidence in engaging prospects.
  • A self-starter who is motivated by results and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls, sending outreach emails, and connecting with people on social platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field preferred, but not required.
