We are seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor. The role is permanent and full-time, based in Duncrue Musgrave Marketplace.

The successful candidate will support the Warehouse Manager in leading, managing, and motivating the night-shift warehouse team to meet operational targets and standards, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Organise, plan, and manage daily warehouse operations to meet targets.
- Manage daily budgets and KPI reporting for colleagues and operational support.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure targets are achieved.
- Work with stock and admin teams to manage customers and suppliers.
- Communicate effectively across the supply chain via email, Teams, calls, and meetings.
- Support wider warehouse operations as needed.
- Ensure safety, health, and welfare of all employees, conducting regular safety checks and maintaining compliance.
- Ensure high levels of service and quality to customers.
- Monitor and investigate claims, implementing plans to reduce complaints and claims.
- Maintain service continuity during peak seasons.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with statutory and company health and safety obligations.
- Conduct safety inspections, daily MHE checks, and incident investigations.
- Promote good housekeeping and safety awareness among staff.
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve targets.
- Manage payroll data, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
- Handle disciplinary procedures and set team objectives.
- Essential: Minimum 12 months experience managing a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Experience with performance, attendance, and team development management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and order fulfillment.
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills for reviewing performance data and KPIs.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Desirable: 6 months experience in retail or foodservice distribution.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management System use.
