Working Hours and Shift Pattern

  • 06:00 - 14:00
  • 08:00 - 16:00
  • 14:00 - 22:00
  • 22:00 - 06:00

Shift work is a requirement with Saturday work on an ad-hoc basis included 5 out of 7 on a rotational basis.

Joining part of a busy transport team in our Belfast site, the transport operational support team are responsible for (but not limited to) the following.

What you’ll be doing

  • Resource planning
  • Provide transport support to the warehouse and to the transport schedule
  • Deal with customer & driver queries
  • Driver dispatch & de‑brief
  • Undertake other duties within the Transport office / planning function as required
  • Organising and managing specific elements of the planning function daily.
  • Accurate data input for use in compilation of KPI reports
  • Asset tracking
  • Fuel Monitoring on an MPG file and/or MCS system
  • Management of scheduled maintenance for fleet
  • Willingness to substitute for development
  • Any other duties as and when required
