Role responsibilities:
- Maintaining the Supplier Receiving Schedule to ensure that goods are booked into Ambient, Chill Frozen and BWS warehouses in accordance with stock holding requirements and to ensure supplier conformance standards are adhered to.
- Responsible for the output of daily/weekly department performance reports.
- Providing support to the Re-Order Buyer team.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role or administrative position within FMCG sector.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel to Intermediate level or above.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
- Ability to organise self to achieve goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with customer queries and build strong working relationships cross functionally and with suppliers.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines in a pressurised environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and available to work outside normal working hours if required.
