As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland’s most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as a Telesales Operator. The role is full time, 37.5 hours and the location is Musgrave Marketplace Duncrue.

Role

Due to continued expansion we have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Operator to join our telesales/customer services team. You will be part of a team of dedicated colleagues providing excellent customer focused service while working in an environment where your input is valued and development needs met. The purpose of the role is to ensure processing of orders within a timescale to meet our customer’s requirements whilst ensuring accuracy of products keyed, cross selling of products on promotions and new products available to a large portfolio of existing customers.

What you’ll be doing
  • Respond to incoming customer calls, providing expert product knowledge and support
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Actively promote Musgrave and Drinks Inc product ranges to both new and existing customers
  • Highlight current offers and promotions, and upsell where appropriate to maximise sales
  • Support customer retention and business growth by delivering exceptional service
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Sales Representatives on pricing queries and customer requests
  • Engage and Support customers with our Online Order platforms, to increase customer participation
  • Make proactive outbound telesales calls to drive engagement and sales
  • Maintain accurate customer records and data using internal systems (e.g., Service Now)
  • Stay informed on market trends within the wholesale foodservice and alcohol sectors
  • Perform any other duties as required to support the team and business objectives
