We have an opportunity for a Stock Control & Warehouse Admin Clerk to join our team in our Drinks Inc business in Belfast.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage all stock allocation on system SAGE 200 for customer orders.
- Preparing and processing all pick notes for warehouse operations.
- Data entry update and support daily Warehouse logistics scheduler.
- Despatch and invoice all customer orders.
- Manage and record Damages.
- Assisting with Stock Queries.
- General Stock Duties, reports and general administrative tasks.
- Liaison with internal teams (telesales & credit control for all warehouse picking operations).
- Ensure all company policies are adhered to according to all logistics operations SOPs for compliance management.
- Perform any other duties within the warehouse logistics operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous warehouse experience advantageous.
- Knowledge of stock systems, excel and Microsoft systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A team player with experience in working to deadlines.
- Ability to work on their own initiative and organise shift duties.
- High level of productivity.
- Math’s & English Qualification.
- Flexible and available to work outside normal working hours when required.
