What you'll be doing:
- Strive for continuous improvement in the delivery of our Dinner For Tonight and Top Up missions.
- Work in partnership with our retail partners and Company Owned stores to optimise sales, margin, participation and profitability across the Fresh Categories (Meat & Poultry, Dairy, Provisions, Fruit & Veg and Bread & Cake).
- Drive the rollout and execution of new category initiatives.
- Support retail partners in the implementation of brand and seasonal initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
- Support stores in the implementation of best practice through store visits, monitoring, observation and in store training of key store employees.
- Identify opportunities to improve loyalty to the Musgrave NI wholesale model.
- Support the facilitation of new stores to Musgrave NI.
- Support stores through refits and developments.
What we are looking for:
- A full UK Driving License.
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a Fresh Food environment – Ideally within the convenience retail or wholesale sectors.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- A proven history of coaching and training of best practices and policies.
