We are now inviting applications for the position of Post Office Manager at SuperValu DairyFarm. The role is part time, 30 hours, permanentcontract. The successful candidate must be flexible to work days and weekends. This type of role will have an agreed shift pattern set within the store opening hours. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to discuss working hours and shift patterns in further detail at the interview. Candidates must be able to travel to the Store via car, public transport or other to fulfil shift requirements. The Role You will have responsibility for day to day running of thePost Office to ensure the appropriate manning levels, reporting statements and accounting practices are met to comply with Post Office and Musgraveguidelines and systems. You will also be expected to train employees working in the Post Office and Shop Floor on Post Office practices, including the Post Office combi units located on shop floor. Responsibilities Managing and training staff working in the Post Office Processing bill payments, lodgements, and other services applicable to the post office running. Processing mail, parcels, and other related postal services. Reporting and balancing of your own stock unit and safe daily. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of post office services in compliance with financial standards and authority guidelines. Adherence to the companys store operating procedures applicable to the running of the post office. Preparing and processing banking via the appropriate external services, as and when required. You may be required to carry out shop floor, till or administrative duties, with appropriate training, as and when required as part of this role. What is in it for you?
