As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland's most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as Transport Operational Support. The working hours will be a rotation of: 06:00 - 14:00, 08:00 - 16:00, 14:00 - 22:00, 22:00 - 06:00. Shift work is a requirement with Saturday work on an ad hoc basis included 5 out of 7 on a rotational basis.
Joining part of a busy transport team in our Belfast site, the transport operational support team are responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Resource planning
- Provide transport support to the warehouse and to the transport schedule
- Deal with customer & driver queries
- Driver dispatch & de-brief
- Undertake other duties within the Transport office / planning function as required
- Organising and managing specific elements of the planning function daily
- Accurate data input for use in compilation of KPI reports
- Asset tracking
- Fuel Monitoring on an MPG file and/or MCS system
- Management of scheduled maintenance for fleet
- Willingness to substitute for development
- Any other duties as and when required
