Location is Belfast, field based and requires travel to sites. We are seeking a Food to Go Field Support to join our busy team supporting the SuperValu, Centra and MACE brands across Musgrave Northern Ireland. Reporting to the Food to Go Specialist, this is a field-based support role focusing on supporting our retailers in delivering their Food to Go offer throughout the SuperValu, MACE and Centra estate. The role is an operational role with the key focus being to train & support in this area.
The key responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):
- Continual review & assessment of sales opportunities within Food to Go departments across existing SuperValu, Centra and MACE stores
- Training and supporting existing retailers within SuperValu, Centra and MACE stores
- Support retail partners in the implementation of Food to Go initiatives to drive sales and profitability
- Monitor in-store standards in relation to Food to Go categories and, if required, generate improvement plans in conjunction with wider sales team
- Analyse and troubleshoot under-performing stores and identify training needs
- Provide Technical support and work closely with the back office
- Generate reports for the stores
