As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland's most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as a Transport Planner in Drinks Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of daily and weekly plans for the operations using Transport Planning systems. It will be essential that they work to strict SLAs in terms of timescales and quality. The ideal candidate will also be skilled in analysing actual operational performance and amending planning parameters accordingly, with strong communication skills with all relevant teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing the production of the daily and weekly plans for the operations using Transport Planning systems.
- Planning in accordance with driver hours legislation.
- Actively managing transport.
- Communication with warehouse, admin, sales, telesales and transport teams.
- Identifying and reporting all operational problems to the Operations Manager on a regular basis, making recommendations for improvement.
- Regularly analysing reports against KPI targets.
- Working to strict SLAs in terms of timescales and quality.
- Analysing actual operational performance and amending planning parameters accordingly.
- Must be flexible in the workplace as the role will require holiday cover for our Duncrue site.

- Warehouse Management Systems.
- Proficient use of MS Excel.

- CPC Paragon Experience.
- Educated to A level.
