Musgrave Group is seeking an enthusiastic Operation Team Leader to support the Line Manager in directing a busy Belfast warehouse.

You will lead and motivate the team, drive daily operations, and ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment while upholding safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts are 5 out of 7 days, with AM/PM rotations, including Sundays, on-site.
