The role involves managing a 24-hour operation, with shifts agreed locally (5 out of 7), to deliver efficient warehouse performance, safety, and service levels across retailer and consumer channels.
Reporting to depot leadership, you will inspire a team of managers, drive continuous improvement, ensure HACCP and safety practices, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to maximise efficiency.
