  • Manage all Value‑related Service Now activity in line with agreed Trading Operations SLAs.
  • Contribute to key strategic projects, including initiatives such as Project Omega and the development of the MNI Loyalty App.
  • Build collaborative relationships with our Retail Partners and store colleagues to improve ways of working through regular store visits and ongoing engagement.
  • Represent Trading at key forums including Brand Planning, Steering, and Retailer Engagement sessions.
  • Provide updates on the Value agenda to the Management Team, Executive Team and Board as required.
  • Support Commercial Governance and Compliance reporting where required – including management of the annual Promotions Budget and Own Brand reporting KPI’s.
  • Provide relevant updates on upcoming value‑related legislation and wider changes across the retail landscape.

  • 3 years+ of progressive experience in a fast‑moving commercial / administrative role
  • Proven people management and leadership experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills and an ability to interact at all levels of the organisation and manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously
  • Structured, organised, and methodical with excellent time management skills and a passion for delivery of continuous process improvement
  • Proven commercial acumen and experience of translating consumer insight into innovative and differentiating market leading shopper propositions
  • Highly numerate and strong on data analysis and interpretation – underpinned by excellent IT skills including Excel & Powerpoint.
