As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland’s most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as Transport Operational Support.

Working Hours:

  • 06:00–14:00
  • 08:00–16:00
  • 14:00–22:00
  • 22:00–06:00
  • Shift work is a requirement with Saturday work on an ad hoc basis included 5 out of 7 on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide transport support to the warehouse and to the transport schedule
  • Deal with customer & driver queries
  • Undertake other duties within the Transport office / planning function as required
  • Organising and managing specific elements of the planning function daily.
  • Accurate data input for use in compilation of KPI reports
  • Fuel Monitoring on an MPG file and/or MCS system
  • Management of scheduled maintenance for fleet
  • Willingness to substitute for development
  • Any other duties as and when required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Good working knowledge of systems
  • Good knowledge of transport operations
  • Competent in Outlook & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations
