The predicted salary is between 20000 - 30000 £ per year.
As our Chef de Partie, you will be part of the culinary team, responsible for preparing food at our designated premises. You will be required to prepare food for the catering outlets (cafes, canteens, etc.) and for commercial hire events (sandwich lunches, buffets, canape receptions, Gala dinners etc.). You will follow directions and recipes provided by the Head Chef, and will collaborate with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service is consistently delivered.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety, allergen, and health and safety processes, policies and procedures, and will assist in stocktaking and ordering of supplies as required. This role is part of the Food & Beverage team and is line managed by the Head Chef.
