In 2003 Amgueddfa Cymru – National Museum Wales established a trading arm called National Museum and Galleries of Wales Enterprises Limited. The Board of this company comprises of members of Amgueddfa Cymru’s Board of Trustees, members of Amgueddfa Cymru Directorate and non-executive Directors with particular commercial experience.
The current Scope of the trading activity includes the management of:

- National Museum Cardiff
- St Fagans National Museum of History
- The National Roman Legion Museum
- The National Slate Museum
- Big Pit National Coal Museum
- The National Wool Museum
- The National Waterfront Museum
As our Bartender you will work as part of the F&B team, responsible for providing guests with a range of alcoholic and soft drinks, food and snacks at The Vulcan Hotel, and supporting our F&B team across the estate as needed.
You will be responsible for delivering consistently high standards of both food and beverage and customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety, allergen, and health and safety processes, policies and procedures, completing all training and paperwork as required.
This role is part of the Food & Beverage team and is line managed by the Food & Beverage Supervisor team.
