Grantham Museum is looking for a Business Development and Partnerships Consultant to play a key role in our Grantham Museum – A New Century redevelopment project. This exciting programme, running 2026–2029 with support from the National Lottery Heritage Fund and South Kesteven District Council, will celebrate the museum’s centenary, showcase Grantham’s rich history, and strengthen our connection with the community.
The consultant will:
- Review existing commercial activities
- Identify and develop new income‑generation opportunities
- Strengthen strategic partnerships
- Support the museum’s transition to increased opening hours
Working closely with trustees, staff, and project partners, the consultant will produce commercial and partnership strategies, review and update the museum’s business plan, and help position the museum for future growth and resilience in advance of the return of the Grantham Collection and wider local government changes.
